I just wanted to add my $.02. Per James' recommendation.

We called Mary Ann and she was wonderful! She worked hard for us and was very accommodating in making appointments to coincide with our busy schedules. She found the right lender for us and started our loan papers when most banks/lenders would not accept us because I was a "temp". She made the loan process relatively "painless" and we'll always be grateful.
