Old Town has the historic buildings but few people. Uptown is where the people are. Prestigious neighborhood with many nice homes, some with fabulous views. Buses and trolleys to the downtown, which is in the backyard of this neighborhood. Parks, recreation, places to visit, plenty of things to do.
