Just south of Balboa Park and north of Logan Heights. Golden Hills is more middle class. Renters outnumber homeowners three to one. There are many nice looking homes, however, the community is in the flight path to San Diego airport. You can really see the bellies of the big jets as they fly over. Balboa Park, one of the most popular parks in the county, is close by and offers many amenities to the neighborhood.
